End-to-end service portal for customers

The TRANSWAGGON Customer Information System (CIS) provides customers with an internet portal for interacting with TRANSWAGGON 24/7. A simple, intuitive interface allows continuous access to updated information on:

  • estimated time of arrival (ETA): anticipated dates and arrival times of wagons and convoys, calculated by the system;

  • requested services, with specific selection and filter options based on one or more parameters;

  • the location of wagons using the interactive TRANSWAGGON Freight Buddy® track & trace app for mobile devices.

Features of immediate and practical interest
Customers can also communicate directly with TRANSWAGGON offices throughout Europe and download data in Excel and PDF formats. Encryption systems and specific access procedures for each customer using a unique ID and password guarantee security and confidentiality.
